About Effectual Health
I’m Tiffany Norton, the author of Effectual Health.
Thank you for stopping by! I am a wife, mother of two boys and entrepreneur. I am also a health investigator and internet specialist and I use my skills to investigate health and wellness topics.
I created Effectual Health as a place where I could share the advice from various health sources that I come across. As a patient and customer of different health professionals, I find my self getting advice from different perspectives. I have a team of health specialists from which I get my health advice. Here’s my team:

There are quick ways to lose weight but what’s most important is to lose weight in a healthy and safe way. Most women I know personally have struggled with losing weight as they get older. My grandmother used to say, “Get rid of the weight before age 40 or else!” I now understand what she meant. It becomes much harder to lose weight in your 40s than in your 30s or 20s. But Why? Have you ever asked yourself that question? Most of us just blame it on age. Weight loss after the age of 40 is possible, but it can more difficult for women than for men.
[tweet_box design=”default” float=”none”] Losing weight for some women over 40 can be difficult. Eating right and exercising is not enough. It’s about knowing how hormones affect your body and your ability to lose weight.[/tweet_box]
Finding a quick way to lose weight is possible if you understand how to change your eating habits, relieving stress and exercising in the right way that won’t cause hormonal imbalances. A balance between eating protein and carbs and a balance between high-intensity workouts and low impact workouts is the key to helping you lose weight.
I am a curious person and want to know what age has to do with changes in my weight so that I can do something about it! At Effectual Health, we will get to the bottom of these questions and touch on many health topics that will help you have the excellent health you deserve.
Your health will improve through developing good habits, creating new rituals and bringing more balance to your life. Good health is vital to having a good life so let’s get started!
